UV Index Widget

The UV index widget (app) is a handy little app to check the current radiation level from the sun (the UV index), the highest UV index forecast for today, and the forecasted UV index for the next 7 days, anywhere on earth🌏

You can also add the UV index to your phones home screen using widgets and set notifications for when the UV exceeds certain levels!

Our favourite part, it also runs the user through a series of Fitzpatrick Scale like questions to help the user determine their Skin Type, and provides useful data like how long it would take their skin to burn in said UV exposure for that day in minutes - ie ‘today your skin would burn in 14 minutes with an 11.8 UV’.
